Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can try to accommodate your needs. While we strive to meet all requests, please note that providing every option may not always be possible.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that not all dietary needs can be accommodated.

Regarding allergies and food intolerances, while we will endeavor to take all necessary precautions, we have external service providers and many meetings are held in external facilities, so we cannot guarantee that labeling will be 100% correct, or that there will not be trace elements of some allergens in the food products served/sold at the event. It is ultimately the responsibility of meeting participants to take all usual necessary precautions related to their condition.

Our objective is to ensure our meetings are as inclusive as possible. To this end, we strive to make our meetings fully accessible. When this is not entirely possible, we aim to provide reasonable assistance to facilitate full participation.
